Orders processed before 2pm NZST on weekdays will be dispatched on the same day. Otherwise all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. Please note all orders are shipped from the Australian warehouse and may take up to 9 days to arrive. There may be a slight delay during sale periods due to high volumes.

All online orders made between November 1st 2023 and December 31st 2023 will have an extended returns period of 60 days from purchase. This will revert back to 30 days from January 1st, 2024.

Any product being returned for change of mind must be:

• In its original condition
• Unused, unmarked and unwashed
• In the original packaging
• Not defective as a result of misuse
• Tags still attached
